High Tech Solutions

Advisor. Consultant. Technical partner.

Data centers, renewables, storage, grids and industrial energy — engineered by people with over three decades of EPC delivery, and computed on our own engineering platform. You choose how deep we go.

What stands behind the advice

01

Over three decades of EPC delivery

Power plants, grids, industrial plants and infrastructure taken from first study to handover. We know where projects lose time and money, because we have been on the site when it happened.

02

WaiMAP — the engineering platform

Our spatial engineering platform reads the site, sizes the plant, runs the grid studies and writes the verified report. Every number is traceable to its inputs.

WAI — the AI engine

Routes each question to the right engine and pairs AI with deterministic calculators, so the figures in a deliverable are computed, not guessed.

Data Center → Data Renoversity

Energy + cooling + hydrogen

Data Renoversity™H −2.0.1

Cooling energy −2 / 0 / +1 %. 100 % self‑powered. Surplus becomes hydrogen.

Renoversity = Renewable + University: a self-sustaining campus. H −2.0.1 reads as H for hydrogen and −2 / 0 / 1 for the cooling-energy classes.

Natural river or sea cooling, a campus that powers itself, and surplus energy stored as hydrogen — designed as one system, sited where it works best.

Cooling energy, as a share of IT load
  1. −2 %H −2Cooling that gives energy back.
  2. 0 %H 0Cooling with no energy.
  3. +1 %H 1Cooling at about one percent.
Indicative; the option is selected for each site.

  1. Natural cooling

River or sea cooling, with cooling energy from about one percent down to below zero.

  2. Self-sufficient energy

On-site plant, renewables and BESS behind the meter — in island mode, or grid-connected with the grid on standby only.

  3. Surplus to hydrogen

Energy the campus cannot use runs electrolysers; hydrogen is stored, returned or sold.

Three ways to work with us

The same team, three depths of engagement. Many clients start as an advisory mandate and keep us on as technical partner through commissioning.

01 · On the owner’s side

Advisor

  • Feasibility and options studies
  • Technical due diligence for investors and lenders
  • Bankability review of design, contracts and yield
02 · Engineering the scope

Technical Consultant

  • Concept and basic design
  • Owner’s engineer during design and construction
  • Specifications, tender documents and bid evaluation
  • Independent design review
03 · In it to the end

Technical Partner

  • Co-development with developers and investors
  • EPC interface management across packages
  • Commissioning and performance testing
  • Operations support and optimisation

Solutions

How an engagement runs

  1. 01

    Read the site

Hazards, soil, climate, grid and environment from open and client data.

  2. 02

    Size the system

Options computed side by side with every assumption visible.

  3. 03

    Prove it

Grid, protection, energy and finance studies — checked and verified.

  4. 04

    Specify & tender

Specifications and packages a contractor can price and a lender can trust.

  5. 05

    Build & commission

Interfaces, testing and handover managed on the owner’s side.
